1. On-site Group Fitness and Yoga Classes
Offer weekly one-hour fitness classes to your employees. We will come to your New York City location. All you need is a large room. A conference room will do fine, as long as the furniture can be removed so that there is open space to move around. We will bring the equipment, music, and stereo.
2. Fitness Lunch-and-Learn
We will come to your New York City location and provide you with the seminar of your choice. Options marked with a star are available in two versions - one hour and two hours. NASM-certified trainer and Paul Chek Lifestyle Coach Julia Derek from Reebok Sports Club/NY will present at all times. Martha McKittrick, RD, CDN, CDE, registered dietitian/certified dietitian-nutritionist will participate in the longer versions. Martha has 25 years of experience in the field of nutrition and has appeared in many publications including Self and Allure.
