Welcome to Adrenaline Fitness New York! We're three fitness consultants dedicated to help you reach your fitness goals as safely and efficiently as possible - and then maintain them. Read more about each of us:
"Every person is unique with their own preferences making a personalized fitness program necessary. Some people want their workout to be tough and challenging. Others like to exercise in a more restrained manner. One person may want to do something different each session to stay motivated, whereas another may rarely want to change their routine. There is no right or wrong. When you train with us, our job is to find out what makes YOU tick. We believe mental health is as important as physical. It's not healthy for the mind to deprive oneself of life's pleasures. Moderation is key. If you like Margaritas you should drink them, but not every day; if you love ice cream, eat it, but not the whole carton. To truly get and stay in shape, however, you have to understand one more thing: There are no quick fixes! The ONLY way a person is going to reach their fitness goals is through sincere commitment. After commitment comes consistency. We promise you that by using moderation and following these two simple steps you'll be in the best shape ever. Sounds hard and boring?
